Ciara Welcomes Baby No. 4, Her Third With Husband Russell Wilson.
Ciara and Russell Wilson expand their family with the birth of their third child together, whom they lovingly named “Amora Princess Wilson.” The couple shared the joyous news on Instagram, along with a photo of their newborn, weighing in at 9lbs 1oz. Their hearts are filled with love for their new addition!
Just hours before welcoming her newest addition, Ciara took her three children to witness Wilson and the Denver Broncos secure a 24-7 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers.
At 37, the singer made her pregnancy announcement back in August. She playfully captioned an Instagram video showcasing her baby bump with the lyrics from her song “How We Roll” with Chris Brown, saying, “You look at me like that again, we make another kid. You my heart I’m your rib.” Wilson, 34, shared that he captured this special moment. The couple, who married in July 2016 after one year of dating, already have two children together, a 6-year-old daughter named Sienna and a 3-year-old son named Win, in addition to Ciara’s 9-year-old son, Future, from a previous relationship.
The quarterback for the Denver Broncos and Ciara had openly discussed their intentions to grow their family. During their March 2022 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, he posed a heartfelt question, saying, “I have a serious question for you. Can we consider having more children? It would be absolutely perfect. All I’m asking for is one more, at the very least. What do you say?”
Ciara replied, saying, “We certainly can, but I just need a bit of time before we reach that point.”
One month prior to revealing her pregnancy, Ciara spoke exclusively to Us Weekly about the joys of motherhood. She expressed, “The happiness my children bring me every day exceeds my wildest dreams. They are incredibly funny and bring so much fulfillment to my life. While it can be a challenging and full-time job, everything is undeniably worth it.”
Despite acknowledging the challenges of balancing her career and personal life, Ciara shared that her children are her biggest supporters. She mentioned, “My kids love watching me perform and take pride in seeing Mommy and Daddy looking their best! So, even though it can be a constant juggling act, I know my children want to see me happy.”
During that very month, the couple marked their seventh wedding anniversary. Wilson shared an Instagram video featuring pictures of him and Ciara, with a heartfelt caption: “God crafted you perfectly for me. You are my solace in turbulent times, my happiness in sorrow, and my solace in adversity. I thank Jesus for you. You are my forever. Year 7 x Forever. Always & Forever.”
Ciara responded in the comments, expressing her love and gratitude, saying, “My love for you is immeasurable, my darling! I am so thankful for our love. I’m proud of us!”
