Deion Sanders and Tracey Edmonds Part Ways After Over a Decade Together, Including a 4-Year Engagement.

After more than a decade of companionship, Tracey Edmonds and Deion Sanders have chosen to part ways.

Tracey Edmonds shared the news of her separation from Sanders on her Instagram account, posting a picture of the two with the following caption:

“To EVERYONE who has been there for us, supported us, and shown us love… We have mutually decided that it is best for us to move forward in life AS FRIENDS and have made this decision with love in our hearts, respect for each other, and appreciation for the time we’ve shared together. Please keep us in your prayers as we go through this transition. Thank you for being there for us ALL THESE YEARS! We love you and appreciate you SO MUCH! 🙏🏽❤️ Tracey and Deion.”

In 2012, Edmonds and Sanders crossed paths at an event for a film she was producing. However, their meaningful connection didn’t happen until several months later, during a business meeting. Reflecting on this encounter, Sanders expressed his gratitude, stating, “Meeting Edmonds was a tremendous blessing in my life.” He went on to describe her as “elegant, accomplished, and a true embodiment of womanhood.”

In 2012, the couple became engaged, and Edmonds took to social media to share the exciting news.

“Happy Valentine’s Day Fam! Sending LOVE to MY LOVE/MY FIANCÉ @deionsanders! ❤️💍,” she captioned a snap of her and Sanders smiling. “God is SO GOOD! We’re 8 years in, made it through the storms TOGETHER, and will be spending the rest of our lives TOGETHER!” Edmonds concluded the post with advice to couples: “To all the couples out there… stay REAL with each other, LISTEN to each other, and MOST of all.. keep LOVE and GOD in your heart.
