Cardi B heats up with Stefon Diggs as Offset drama explodes.
Cardi B and her new flame, Stefon Diggs, were spotted partying at a Miami boat show on Sunday. The 31-year-old New England Patriots wide receiver, still recovering from a torn ACL, rocked a white T-shirt and bucket hat while sitting next to the 32-year-old Grammy winner. Cardi B matched his vibe in a white tank dress and a long platinum-blonde and pink ombré wig for their seaside hangout.
The half-Dominican, half-Trinidadian star showed off her noticeably fuller curves in a tight mini-dress, accessorized with a brown floral purse. Cardi B has previously shared the story of how she underwent surgery to reverse the $800 butt injections she received in a Queens basement back in 2014.
The Higher Love rapper and Stefon Diggs first sparked romance rumors last October, just a month after Cardi B welcomed her third child with estranged husband Offset. On May 8, the 33-year-old father-of-six posted an Instagram slideshow of himself cozying up with several bikini-clad women, seemingly to show he’s unbothered by Cardi B’s new NFL connection. Meanwhile, the Enough Miami rapper has accused Offset (born Kiari Kendrell Cephus) of harassment, including sending explicit videos to her new beau and hiring bloggers to spread rumors about her online.
Cardi B alleged on Twitter Spaces in March, “Offset is upset because I sent his girlfriend messages of him begging me, saying he was going to take his life, saying he was going to take mine.” The Bodak Yellow rapper, who has 281.2M social media followers, claimed he harasses her, leaves voicemails, and tries to damage her self-esteem.
The three-time Grammy nominee also previously accused the Kamala Harris campaigner of cheating on him “with a baby inside” during an Instagram Live in September, which she seemed to confirm.
Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset on July 31 after separating in November 2023 following six years of marriage. She has requested primary physical custody of their six-year-old daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus, three-year-old son Wave Set Cephus, and their eight-month-old baby daughter, whose name remains undisclosed.
Cardi B had previously separated from the Migos rapper between December 2018 and January 2019 amid cheating allegations.
The on-and-off hip-hop power couple’s first date was the 2017 Super Bowl.
Cardi B, a Love & Hip Hop: New York alum, will receive the prestigious Voice of the Culture Award from the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) at an invite-only ceremony on June 8 in Los Angeles.
She has already earned ASCAP’s Rhythm & Soul Songwriter of the Year Award for two consecutive years, eight ASCAP Pop Music Awards, and 23 ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards.
The former stripper is set to perform on June 27 at Under the K Bridge Park in Brooklyn, NY, alongside Hercules & Love Affair, COBRAH, Sofia Kourtesis, Danny Tenaglia, and Alex Chapman.
With 28M monthly listeners on Spotify, Cardi B has promised to release the long-awaited follow-up to her 2018 debut album Invasion of Privacy this year.
