Dorinda Medley: Ramona Singer Discovers Her ‘Happy Place’ in Palm Beach Amid Scandal Fallout.

Ramona Singer is experiencing contentment in her life after the controversy surrounding her recent use of the N-word.
According to Dorinda Medley, who exclusively spoke to Us Weekly while promoting The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy on December 14, “She’s in a happy place. Avery [Singer], her daughter, is also content. The things that truly matter to her are falling into place, and I believe she’s enjoying the balance of living between New York and Palm Beach. She’s discovered her spot, which is something we all aspire to find.
Dorinda, at 59 years old, expressed her desire to take inspiration from Ramona, who is 67, and “discover her next chapter” in life as she ages.
Reflecting on her former Real Housewives of New York City co-star, Dorinda remarked, “The way she acquired this Palm Beach condo and declared, ‘This is where I’m going to uncover my joy.’ I believe she has indeed found it.”
Providing an additional update, Sonja Morgan, a star of RHONY, shared her joy for Ramona on Thursday.
Sonja, who is 60 years old, elaborated, “She simply wanted to preserve her happiness. She seemed to effortlessly handle everything that came her way.”
Ramona, a former RHONY cast member from 2008 to 2021, gained notoriety in October due to a Vanity Fair exposé on Bravo and The Real Housewives franchise. The article contained allegations that she had used the N-word during a conversation with a Black crew member while filming RHUGT: RHONY Legacy.
Additionally, Ramona seemed to have used the word in text messages exchanged with a Page Six reporter, as indicated by screenshots of the conversation. As a consequence, Ramona’s name was promptly removed from BravoCon’s roster of talent, and she did not make an appearance at the three-day convention held in Las Vegas in November. However, Ramona’s daughter, Avery, who is 28 years old, still attended the event, along with the other stars of RHUGT: RHONY Legacy, including Luann de Lesseps, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan, and Kristen Taekman.
She’s deeply affected by all of this. It has left her in a state of distress,” a source revealed at that time. “Right now, she intends to keep a low profile.”
Regarding her BravoCon participation, the same insider shared, “Bravo executives did not explicitly prevent her from attending.” They added that Ramona had a discussion with them about her attendance and expressed her emotional turmoil.
The insider clarified that it was a “mutual decision” reached between Bravo and Ramona, stating, “In the end, she made the decision that she wasn’t up for it, and Bravo agreed, given the circumstances.”
However, a second source contradicted this account, asserting that the network had the ultimate say in the BravoCon decision. “Ramona was informed that she would not be attending BravoCon,” the second insider disclosed. “It was not her decision to skip the event.”
As for Ramona, she has not issued a public statement in response to the accusations.
You can catch new episodes of The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy every Thursday on Peacock.
