Madonna, 66, rocks a fresh, filler-free glow leaving an art gallery.

Madonna debuted a fresh, natural look during a recent NYC outing.

The 66-year-old pop legend, who was dubbed “unrecognizable” in 2023 after revealing fuller lips and cheeks, stunned with her radiant, unfiltered appearance.

She rocked an all-black outfit, paired with black glasses and bold red lipstick.

The star, long criticized for overdoing the fillers, is now embracing a more natural look.

She unveiled her stunning new style at the Met Gala on May 5, turning heads in a cream silk Tom Ford suit.

Staying true to the event’s “Tailored for You” dress code, the music icon rocked a double-breasted jacket, white shirt, cummerbund, and bowtie.

The androgynous look was complemented by a bold fuchsia lip and smoky eyeliner, with the star enjoying a cigar.

Fans embraced her un-airbrushed red carpet appearance, hailing her as the “GOAT” and “mother.”

This sighting follows recent comments from Madonna’s ex-husband, Sean Penn, 64, who reacted to her calling him the love of her life on the Louis Theroux Podcast. He criticized their tumultuous four-year marriage, which began in 1985, ended in a brief reconciliation, and finally ended for good in 1989. In 1991, Madonna’s documentary Truth or Dare was released, where she described Penn as “the love of her life.”

Louis asked Sean if he had seen the documentary and remembered that particular quote, to which the actor confirmed he did.

The Fast Times at Ridgemont High star replied, “I do. I remember what she said. She’s very sweet. Look, she’s been a good friend for many years.”

Sean then criticized their marriage, sharing that they were able to rebuild their friendship fairly quickly after their split.

The actor shared, “It didn’t take us long to realize we mistook a great first date for a marriage partner. It only took about a year to recover after our divorce and build a friendship.”

He added, “I have a lot of good memories from it – it wasn’t all bad. But there was a lot of alcohol, and she’d often accuse me of things.”

In June 2024, Sean once again denied the wild rumor that he physically abused Madonna, stating, “She’s someone I love.”

During their turbulent 1980s marriage, rumors circulated that he had tied her to a chair and hit her with a baseball bat. Both Madonna and Sean have vehemently denied these claims, with Madonna even testifying on his behalf during a defamation lawsuit related to the allegations.

At the time, Sean cleared up the issue once again, acknowledging that one of their arguments had led to a SWAT team being called to their home.

He and Madonna now share a friendly relationship, partly because, as he explained, “It’s a lot easier to rebuild a friendship after a divorce when there are no kids involved.”

In 2015, Madonna testified that Sean never abused her, helping support his $10 million defamation lawsuit against Empirecreator Lee Daniels.

The controversy began after Empire star Terrence Howard admitted in an interview that he had slapped his wife in front of their children. Amid the fallout, Lee defended Terrence, claiming he had never done what “Marlon Brando or Sean Penn” did.

Sean sued Lee over the comment, and Madonna provided an affidavit on his behalf, specifically denying the allegations about the baseball bat and being tied up.

“While we certainly had our share of heated arguments, Sean has never struck me, ‘tied me up,’ or physically assaulted me. Any report to the contrary is completely outrageous, malicious, reckless, and false,” she said.

The lawsuit ultimately ended in a settlement, with Lee issuing a public apology and making a donation to Sean’s disaster relief organization, CORE.
