Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, 15, Shines at Tony Awards After Name Change Amid Parents’ Divorce Battle.

Vivienne Jolie-Pitt stood out in a remarkable suit as she accompanied her mother, Angelina Jolie, at the 77th Annual Tony Awards in New York City on Sunday.

The 15-year-old not only walked the red carpet with the 49-year-old Maleficent actress but also mingled with other celebrities at the glamorous event, including host Ariana DeBose and singer Alicia Keys.

Both Jolie and her daughter were involved in the Broadway production titled The Outsiders, which received an impressive 12 nominations for the evening.

Vivienne, who notably omitted her father Brad Pitt’s surname from her Playbill credit, matched her mother in teal-colored trousers and an unbuttoned teal vest.

Underneath, she wore a white shirt and accessorized with a teal bowtie, completing her look with black and white sneakers for a casual touch.

Her golden blonde hair was parted in the center, cascading naturally past her shoulders.

Vivienne flashed a slight smile while standing alongside her mother on the red carpet, both impeccably dressed for the occasion.

Angelina was stunning in a lighter teal velvet gown featuring a fitted, corset-style bodice and a full skirt that gracefully brushed the floor.

Completing her ensemble, she wore a matching shawl draped over her shoulders, adding a touch of drama to her overall look.

Angelina complemented her attire with delicate gold earrings, chunky bracelets adorning her right wrist, and rings on each hand.

Her hair was elegantly parted down the middle, cascading in soft waves past her shoulders.

Upon arriving at Lincoln Center, where the ceremony was held, the mother-daughter duo paused for a brief photo session. At one point, they shared a light-hearted moment, exchanging laughter before entering the main venue.

Jolie took on the role of producer for the Broadway musical The Outsiders, which premiered in April earlier this year. Vivienne also had the opportunity to serve as a producer’s assistant on this critically acclaimed project.

In May of last month, it was also reported that Vivienne removed the surname Pitt from her credit in The OutsidersPlaybill.

According to People magazine, the couple’s daughter was listed as Vivienne Jolie in the program, rather than Vivienne Jolie-Pitt. It remains unclear whether this reflects a legal name change.

This adjustment follows a court order requiring Angelina to disclose all non-disclosure agreements she signed with third parties over an eight-year span, amid ongoing legal disputes with her ex-husband.

Vivienne’s decision to alter her name follows a similar public choice made by her older sister Zahara.

Last November, during her induction into the AKA sorority at Spelman College, Zahara appeared to distance herself from her father’s surname when introducing herself. In a video clip shared by Essence magazine, she confidently stated, ‘My name is Zahara Marley Jolie.’

In recent developments, Pitt has also faced criticism from his son Pax, 20, who publicly denounced him as a ‘world-class a**hole’ and a ‘despicable person’ in a heated Instagram post.

Additionally, last month, Brad and Angelina’s daughter Shiloh, who turned 18 on Monday, May 27, formally petitioned to drop ‘Pitt’ from her surname in court documents obtained by TMZ. The aspiring dancer requested her new legal name to be Shiloh Jolie, a move that comes amid Pitt’s expressed desire to mend their strained relationship.

She enjoys all kinds of theater, but she really knows what resonates with her and what she connects with. She went to see The Outsiders at La Jolla about five times and was talking to me about it. I had read the book and seen the film years ago.”

Angelina then watched the production with Vivienne and observed its impact on her daughter, saying, “…I was discovering what aspects were meaningful to her and why it resonated so deeply with her.”

Soon after, the mother-daughter duo was approached by producers who wanted their feedback on the production. “So Viv and I sat down together and wrote about what we liked and what intrigued us.”

“They responded positively to our feedback. For me, it was a chance to learn more about Viv, rather than me thinking about becoming a producer.

The actress continued, “At a certain point, it seemed the team felt we were contributing something valuable, so I aimed to provide support and offer insights where they could be helpful.”

“Mostly, I spent my time listening. I deeply respect Danya and her contributions,” she added, referring to director Danya Taymor.

“As a director, I learned a great deal by observing her approach and how she ensured that the artists creating such remarkable work were heard and supported.”

Jolie disclosed that her daughter was present throughout the process, with Taymor praising the teenager for “providing me with incredibly insightful feedback.”
