Simone Biles stuns in a string bikini, sparking boob job rumors.

Simone Biles fueled speculation about a secret breast augmentation with stunning vacation photos. The 28-year-old Olympic gymnast, recently involved in a feud with Riley Gaines, flaunted her new look in Instagram snaps shared on Monday. Wearing a Fendi bikini, Biles showcased her curves while vacationing in Belize with her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens.
In one photo, Simone was seen lounging in a cabana with a drink, her sultry bikini look completed with a gold chain and sunglasses. Another shot captured her snuggling up to her husband, Jonathan Owens, while wearing black mesh pants. There was also a picture of Simone, who appeared to have a smaller chest in her January Sports Illustrated shoot, dipping her toes in the water while taking a photo with a disposable camera.
Meanwhile, Owens wore a graphic short-sleeve shirt with matching shorts. This comes just days after Simone fueled rumors of a secret breast enhancement by sharing a series of photos from her tropical vacation.
She debuted a noticeable new busty look while posing in a string bikini. The photos quickly ignited online rumors about surgery, with Dana Omari, who runs the popular plastic surgery-themed account @IGFamousByDana, reposting the images to share her thoughts. Omari suggested the sports star may have had breast surgery, writing, “Simone Biles with the breast aug!! She looks incredible.” Biles has not yet commented on the speculation.
The athlete, who has previously confessed to using Botox, also shared a selfie highlighting her new cleavage as she posed in front of a mirror. Last year, the gymnast revealed she tried Botox to mark her 27th birthday, but wasn’t impressed with the results. In a TikTok video, she explained, “For my 27th birthday, I got baby Botox in my T-zone, and I did not like it.”
“I haven’t gotten it again because I’d be standing in practice, and my eyebrow would randomly lift like this,” she said, mimicking the motion. “So, I’m not doing that again.”
In a past interview with Vogue, Biles opened up about her body image and how she dealt with negative comments. “They focused on my hair. They focused on how big my legs were,” she shared. “But God made me this way, and I feel like if I didn’t have these legs or these calves, I wouldn’t be able to tumble as high as I do and have all these moves named after me.”
Talking to Harper’s Bazaar last year, Simone also discussed how her confidence has evolved. “My relationship with beauty has changed a lot over time, sometimes with the trends and sometimes not.”
The gold medalist added, “Now, I’d still say my personal preference is always having a clean face and just being confident in who I am. I’ll have semi-permanent lashes most of the time, even if I don’t have makeup on, but I think it’s really special to fall in love with your natural face.”
She reflected further, “For athletes, I think beauty looks a little bit different for us. We love the fun aspects of beauty, but it’s not what we do every day.”
Biles also expressed, “I do think beauty standards are changing; it’s okay not to wear as much makeup when we’re out there performing, because that’s not the main focus.”
Simone competed for Team U.S.A. at the 2024 Paris Olympics and has since shared that she plans to attend the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, though she’s unsure if she will compete. “Whether on the gymnastics apparatus or in the stands, I still don’t know,” she told French outlet L’Equipe, as reported by The Guardian. “But 2028 feels so far away, and my body is aging. I felt it in Paris.”
She continued, “I went back to the Olympic village, took the elevator, and my body literally collapsed. I was sick for 10 days.” Biles also recalled, “The other day, we were sprinting in the garden with friends, and I had aches and pains for three days. So, I honestly don’t know. We’ll see.”
Simone has recently been involved in a public feud with former swimmer Riley Gaines. In June, Biles disagreed with Gaines’ views on trans athletes in sports, and weeks later, the Olympic star deactivated her X account, although it has since been reactivated.
The conflict began after Biles defended a transgender high school athlete whom Gaines had been attacking. However, after Biles personally insulted Gaines—an action she later apologized for—it sparked a wave of backlash.
Gaines responded with a final jab at the gymnast, despite previously expressing interest in forming an alliance with her. She criticized Biles, stating, “She has an incredibly unpopular and morally indefensible take—gets rightfully ridiculed for it—issues a groveling public apology after unrelenting backlash—deletes account to pretend it never happened.”
Gaines also took to social media to criticize a Minnesota high school for fielding a softball team with a trans player, following her previous opposition to a trans girl competing in track events in California.
Biles fired back at Gaines, calling her views “truly sick” and advising her to “bully someone your own size, which would ironically be male.” A few days later, Biles apologized for the personal remarks, stating, “These are sensitive, complicated issues that I truly don’t have the answers or solutions to, but I believe it starts with empathy and respect.”
“I was not advocating for policies that undermine fairness in women’s sports. My concern is with singling out children for public scrutiny in ways that feel personal and damaging.
Individual athletes—especially kids—should never be the target of criticism for a flawed system they can’t control.
I believe sports organizations have a responsibility to create rules that promote inclusion while maintaining fair competition. We all want a future for sports that is fair, inclusive, and respectful.”
While Gaines accepted the apology at the time, she continued to criticize Biles for her views and opinions.
