90 Day Fiance: The Other Way’s Mary DeNuccio Issues Apology and Clarification: Denies Colon Cancer Diagnosis.

Mary DeNuccio, a participant on the reality show “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way,” recently clarified that she does not have colon cancer. This revelation comes shortly after her husband, Brendan DeNuccio, had asserted otherwise by sharing a link to a fundraising page.

In an Instagram Story on Tuesday, February 20, Mary, aged 24, expressed regret for the confusion, admitting her misunderstanding of her medical condition. She stated, “I made a mistake and I’m just a human, I’m very sorry everyone. Because when the doctor told me I have [a] colon issue I thought that means I have cancer.”

She further mentioned experiencing an “anxiety attack” upon receiving the health update and admitted to impulsively posting about it online. Despite not being diagnosed with colon cancer, Mary disclosed that she is dealing with inflammation in her liver, as well as a blood infection, UTI, and hemorrhoids.

Brandan DeNuccio, a participant on the reality show “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way,” disclosed that his wife, Mary DeNuccio, had received a diagnosis of colon cancer. He earnestly implored fans to contribute towards “saving her life.”

Via an Instagram Story on Saturday, February 17, Brandan, aged 24, made a plea for financial assistance for Mary’s surgery to remove the colon cancer. He emphasized the need for support rather than judgment, stating, “We need help not judgments. Any amount will greatly aid Mary and potentially save her life.”

The Go Get Funding website, which has since been removed, featured a post by Mary, aged 24, where she revealed her diagnosis of colon cancer on February 17. She expressed her fear of undergoing surgery, particularly after having a C-section. (Brandan and Mary welcomed their daughter Midnight in August 2023.)

In the description, Mary mentioned her lack of financial support, explaining that she is the sole breadwinner for her family. She appealed for assistance, emphasizing, “I hope you will help me any amount will help me a lot. Please don’t judge me I don’t want to die. I want to spend my whole life with my daughter.”

The day after revealing Mary’s cancer diagnosis, Brendan provided an update on her condition via social media.

“Hello everyone, thank you for all your support,” he shared on Instagram Story on Sunday, February 18. “Mary is now admitted to the hospital. She’s displaying immense strength and is uplifted by all your kind messages. Despite losing weight, she remains resilient. Her smiles alleviate much of my worry regarding her upcoming surgery.”

Brandan and Mary initially gained attention when they appeared on the fifth season of “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way,” which premiered in July 2023. In the debut episode, Brendan disclosed that they had engaged in a virtual relationship for over two years and he was preparing to visit Mary in her native Philippines for the first time.

Despite encountering various challenges in their relationship, Brandan proposed to Mary during an episode aired in October 2023 on the TLC series.

“I understand that we might not be fully prepared because we’re still facing difficulties, and I’m feeling extremely stressed,” Mary expressed in a confessional at the time. “So I’m agreeing because I feel obligated to, and I don’t want him to feel hurt or disappointed, so I simply say yes.”

They exchanged vows in April 2023 and shared the story of Midnight’s birth later that same year.

Reflecting on the moment, Mary shared with Entertainment Tonight in November 2023, “When I heard our baby cry for the first time during my C-section, tears filled my eyes, and I felt overwhelming joy realizing we now have a baby. Our daughter, Midnight, means everything to us, and I’ve never experienced such happiness in my entire life.”
