Black Nurse Entrepreneurs is more than just a community—it’s a transformative journey,” said Brewster. Over the past nine years, the organization has redefined nursing by empowering professionals to achieve financial independence, revolutionize healthcare delivery, and create generational wealth. “During the pandemic, some of our proudest moments emerged as our nurses launched businesses that significantly improved access to essential services, helping to lower mortality rates.
Driving Change in the Black Community.
Through its efforts, Black Nurse Entrepreneurs has empowered thousands of Black nurses to achieve professional independence and financial freedom, creating a lasting ripple effect on families and communities. By promoting entrepreneurship, the organization enables members to develop affordable solutions, provide culturally competent care, and enhance health outcomes globally.
Notable achievements include supporting members in building 6-, 7-, and even 8-figure businesses that challenge traditional healthcare models. This has resulted in improved healthcare access and reduced morbidity and mortality rates, especially in underserved communities.
